- Moonrise on Bassin d'Arcachon -

The waning gibbous moon rises over Bassin d'Arcachon, which is quietly invaded by high tide. It's a calm and cool September or October night, the kind of night where it's difficult to imagine that winter is so close.

Moon was on that evening close to the star El Nath, who belongs simultaneously to Taurus and Auriga constellations. Planet Mars, and Andernos-les-Bains streetlights are also visible on this 8-minutes exposure.
